张舰，男，1977年生，中共党员，中央财经大学经济学院教授、博士生导师；主要研究领域为发展经济学与农业经济学，研究涵盖现代农业产业组织体系与农民合作组织、农村教育、农村劳动力转移与非农就业、农村基层治理与村干部行为等我国农业与农村发展中的重要问题；兼任中国农业经济学会青年（工作）委员会副主任委员，农民日报社青年专家智库委员会委员，曾担任美国农业与应用经济学会中国分会主席、国际食物政策研究所(IFPRI)访问研究员、世界银行研究顾问以及美国普华永道会计师事务所(旧金山)转让定价分析员。1998年于山东农业大学获得农业经济管理学士学位，2001年于中国人民大学农业经济系获得技术经济及管理硕士学位，2007年于美国加州大学戴维斯分校获得农业与资源经济学博士学位。 |
