主讲人简介：   

陈婷博士就读于香港科技大学社会科学部。其研究方向包括政治经济学、经济史和发展经济学。本次主讲论文是其博士论文的一部分，其博士论文主要研究了政治关系、官员激励与政治分权等因素对土地市场的作用。最近，陈婷博士刚刚在经济研究上发表了的一篇学术论文。   

Short Biography   

Chen Ting is a PhDcandidate at the Social Science Division in the Hong Kong University of Scienceand Technology. Her research interests lie in political economy, economichistory and development economics. She has been conducting studies over a broadrange of research topics concerning about local official’s turnover, politicalconnection and corruption. Her work appears on the Economic Research Journal(Chinese).
